- إِصْلاح \ reform: a change for the better: Their political party promised many reforms if they were elected. reformation: changing and improving; esp. (the Reformation of about 1500-1550 in European history) the changing of the Christian churches, when England and other northern states broke free form the rule of Rome. remedy: sth. that will put an end to trouble or disease: Medicines are remedies.
